Chapter 302 Yes, I Like Him

Jenny couldn’t hold back her laughter. “Alec is not an object. He’s not yours just because you claim him.

Don’t you think it’s time you wake up, Felicity?”

“I don’t care. You stay away from him. You’re not allowed to approach him.” Felicity knew Alec was

interested in Jenny, so she had to stop the two from getting closer, or she would stand no chance.

Jenny ignored her and walked straight to the bathroom, but Felicity didn’t stop there. She followed her

into the bathroom, asking, “Why aren’t you answering me? Are you going to steal Alec from me?”

Jenny continued to ignore her and reached for her toothbrush. However, Felicity snatched her toothbrush

and asked, “Do you like Alec?”

“Yes, I like him! What about it? Am I not allowed to like him?” Felicity frustrated her. Couldn’t she give it a

rest?

Hearing her confession, Felicity felt the urge to turn violent. “How can you like him? Why do you like

him? You’re a divorcee! You have no right to like him!”

“You’re a psycho!” Jenny rolled her eyes at her. She snatched her toothbrush back and brushed her

teeth. When she was done, she returned to her room without saying a single word.

Felicity shouted at her, “Alec is mine! Don’t you dare take him away! Let me tell you, I want to compete

fairly with you, so you better not play any tricks behind my back-”

Jenny closed the door before she finished, successfully shutting out her voice and restoring peace to her

ears. Felicity must be crazy in love with Alec.

That night, although many thoughts lingered on her mind, Jenny soon fell asleep. She had many things

to do the next day. Not only did she need to bring the two children to meet their adoptive family, but she

also had to find a job for Felicity. Plus, she needed to find a place for Felicity, as she didn’t want to live

with her forever.

Felicity was still asleep when Jenny headed out with the two children, not bothering to wake her. After

leaving breakfast on the table, she took the two children out.

She was surprised to see Alec waiting for them downstairs, so she asked, “Don’t you need to go to

work?”

“Aren’t you going to bring the children to meet their adoptive family today? Since I was the one who

made this arrangement, I should go and see them too,” he replied, leaving no room for Jenny to argue.

They got into the car and headed to their destination. The journey there was very quiet.

“Are you nervous?” Jenny asked the two children.

Justin nodded while Lilian didn’t react. Perhaps she didn’t understand what was going on.

Jenny patted their heads and said, “The people we’re bringing you to meet today are all good people, so

don’t be nervous.”

Justin nodded, but he was still unable to rein in the tension growing within him. He was afraid that they

would not like him and his sister.

“Alec, do you like the lady yesterday or Jenny?” Justin asked suddenly.
