"Passive domain?" Zephyr and Tritus repeated.

What the heck did that even mean? As far as they were concerned there was only a Magus's domain. There were no categories or whatnot associated with it.

Seeing their confused expressions, Kyran chuckled and said, "I can't go into details but just know what your master can do is not bound by normal logic."

Zephyr's brow twitched at his words. Did Kyran have to act arrogantly? They already knew he had two powerful magic— ah, right, Zephyr was the only one who knew this—, but did he have to rub it on their faces?

And why was Kyran even referring to himself as 'your master,' it sounded really obnoxious.

"As expected of, master," Tritus immediately replied clasping his hands respectfully toward Kyran. "I truly have made the right choice of submitting to you."

"Right, let's get going," Kyran said, looking awkwardly at Tritus's actions. He then proceeded to walk toward the dark purple tower up ahead.

The two followed suit.

As they were walking, Zephyr looked around their surroundings.

This 'Void World' was such a strange domain. He had known that Spirits could create small personal spaces as their domain, but this place was really a small 'world.'

He could sense the rich magic energies in the surroundings, and the wind that subtly caresses them felt fresh and pure. Even the sky above them looked too real. There was even a large yellow sphere that resembled a sun.

Zephyr then turned to the fields on one side before looking at the village on the other. He already sensed life moving about in the village, and the crops growing in the fields were clearly not 'artificially' made.

But he was not entirely surprised. After all, their master possessed the power of nothingness.

Which made Zephyr wonder who those life forces he could sense in the village belonged. Because they clearly did not feel 'human.'

Thinking of this prompted Zephyr to look around in search of someone. When he could not seem to find what he was searching for, he turned to Kyran and asked, "Master, where is that strange guy you sent here beforehand? And the tied-up man too?"

"Them?" Kyran said looking sideways at Zephyr.

"They are already there," he answered jerking his head toward the tower.

Expressing his confusion, Zephyr immediately asked, "So you can warp anyone directly there? Why did you make us appear here? That tower looked far."

Kyran stopped and turned to him. With a blank expression, he raised his right hand and pointed at the ground beneath Zephyr's feet.

"I can warp you there right now."

Purple rings instantly appeared there which made Zephyr jump in fright.

"N-No! I-I can walk, master! I'll gladly walk! Please allow me to walk there!"

Tritus could not help but break out in cold sweat at the exchange between Zephyr and their master. His apprehension was not because of Kyran's threat toward Zephyr, after all, he had yet to fully understand how 'scary' the expression of being warped feels like. It was because he had heard another word that he sent shivers up his spine.

The word 'warp' and 'Void.'

They were not referring to Void magic, were they? Kyran already had such powerful, the draconic magic, so it was impossible to wield another powerful magic. Logically, it was impossible...

"...but just know what your master can do is not bound by normal logic."

What Kyran had just said repeated in Tritus's head and he sweated more profusely.

It appeared, that he had underestimated the truth behind their master's words.

Kyran retracted the purple rings and without saying anything more, they went to the tower.

In truth, one of the two reasons Kyran did not make them appear inside the tower was to avoid dealing with Byron's nonsense. He decided to let the big buy calm down first by warping him in one of the rooms in the tower's basement.

As for Reuben, Kyran warped him in one of the private rooms in the infirmary, located on the second floor of the tower. Right about now, the two could be deep in conversation —right, their conversation would mostly consist of Reuben talking while Max grunted a word or two in reply.

This was Kyran's other reason. He wanted to give ample time for Reuben and Max to talk, thus, he warped at a distance away from the tower.

While they walk, Zephyr had been curiously scrutinizing the village on one side. In an attempt to fill the awkward silence, he finally asked, "Master, why is there a village in your Void World?"

"To let people live in it."

....

"Your explanation is lacking," Zephyr complained.

Tritus also agreed albeit subtly.

Kyran chuckled as he looked at the village to his left.

After a short pause, he answered, "I... took some people with me when I visited another... place. They are living there right now."

"T-Took..." Zephyr repeated his brow twitching. "Did you not mean kidnap?"

Black lines appeared on Zephyr's forehead.

He recalled how Nolan once told Kyran to stop 'kidnapping' people after returning with an unconscious Cyneah with them.

Zephyr only thought Nolan was kidding. Besides, as far as he knew, the only one Kyran truly kidnapped was him, Zephyr.

But it appeared that Kyran's 'hobby' of kidnapping people had taken a turn for the worse. Now the people he had kidnapped could occupy a village!

"Kidnap, or abduction, means taking someone by force," Kyran replied matter-of-factly. He gave Zephyr a sideways glance and smiled knowingly before adding "I did not force them."

"That's not the point! Master, are you really telling us there are live people living here?" Zephyr exclaimed in exasperation.

He had never heard of a domain that could contain people for a long period of time! Not even a domain manifested by the power of nothingness!

Kyran looked ahead and nodded, "Yes."

"How is that even possible?" Zephyr asked still looking at him with mixed emotions.

Tritus was also curious. Every minute that passed that he got to know their master, he was becoming more and more curious to learn everything about what he could do!

However, no matter how much Zephyr pestered him, Kyran did not answer. He only kept an indifferent expression.

After a few minutes, Zephyr finally gave up and stopped asking. It was hard to talk with a block of wood.

Finally, they had gotten closer to the tower.

Now that they were only twenty meters away from the tower, Zephyr and Tritus realized how high it was. If their estimation was correct, the tower was about 50 to 60 meters high.

Apart from these, the letters on the rune writings circling its facade were a foot tall.

Still, the two realized something was missing.

There was no entrance to the tower.

Kyran stopped and raised his right hand. Immediately, the rune writings shifted, and a dark purple vortex about three meters high and two meters wide appeared before him.

He turned to Zephyr and Tritus and said, "Let's go," before entering the vortex.

Zephyr and Tritus exchanged glances. They realized that their master was the only one who could compel these circling runes on the tower. Meaning, that no one could possibly force their way into the tower.

He could not recognize every rune, but judging by their color, Zephyr was 100% sure it was Void runes.

A few weeks back, he remembered Kyran did not even know any Void runes, and yet, right before them were hundreds of thousands of Void runes.

Taking a deep breath, Zephyr entered the tower with Tritus.

The scene that greeted them behind the vortex was a square room, with transparent walls that overlooked the whole land below. To their right, was a huge bed where a huge tall man with long dreadlocks in a white shirt and pants clothes sat.

Reuben was standing at the burly man's right side looking at them with a slightly uneasy expression.

Then in front of them was Kyran, where the 'first' Sigil was currently hugging his feet while wailing.

"M-Master! Why did you have to lock me in that dark cell! I thought I have done something wrong and you sold me to the enemies!"

After entering the vortex, Kyran also warped Byron to Max's private room. The moment he appeared, he crawled and hugged his legs complaining nonstop.

"A-And why are there more men here? Y-You're not building a... a... r-reverse harem, are you? You can't! It will ruin your manly image!"

The others looked at the burly man with blank expressions. What the hell was he saying?

As soon as Byron said the latter part, Kyran's eyes turned silver and his pupils turned into slits, as he grabbed Byron's head.

"Say that again, and I'll crush your head this instant."

Byron immediately let his hands go of Kyran's feet and was thinking of clamping his mouth. However, because of the Kyran's firm grip on his head, Byron tried to yank Kyran's hands off his head instead while he whimpered in pain

"O-Ow! Ow! Ow! I-I'm only joking, Master! P-Please, forgive me!"

Kyran let go of Byron's head, and the latter hunched forward and hug his head.

Byron's oddness was getting worse each time they met!

Heaving a deep sigh, Kyran then turned to Reuben, who straightened his back instinctively. Then he also looked at Max who was looking at him with mixed emotions reflected in his eyes.

"I'm sure you've already heard from him, but I am not a dragon in human form," Kyran said.

Max nodded slowly and only grunted in reply.

"But I give you my word, a time will come where you will stand before one. Not just any dragon, but the King of the Dragons."

After hearing this, Max's eyes glowed in anticipation.

Max was not the only one. Reuben and Tritus also looked at Kyran in both surprise and anticipation.

On the other hand, Zephyr shivered as he looked at Kyran's back in fear. He knew exactly how Kyran could do that and he feared the Dragon Venerations who would definitely appear before the King.

As for Byron, he looked at Kyran in confusion.

"Why would anyone mistake you for a dragon, Master? You are clearly a human. Besides, you are the Void Master!"

BAM!

Reuben and Tritus nearly slipped after hearing Byron. Even Max who was on the huge bed and would be impossible to double over actually did.

"W-What did you say?" Reuben blurted.

"Hm?" Max also grunted.

Only Tritus did not say anything because he already had an idea from the words he had heard, but the confirmation still shocked him senseless.

Kyran cleared his throat, as he looked at all of them, "You've heard it right. I am the new Void Master. However, I also admit to possessing Draconic magic.

"With this in mind, I want the five of you to listen to what I am about to say. But before that," he looked at Reuben. "It's time to keep your word."

Reuben, still looking at him in shock could only nod his head and said, "Y-Yes, master."

Kyran was not even his master yet!

Scratching his head, Kyran walked over to Reuben.

That day marked the first time Kyran met with five of his Sigils.

===============

Early morning in Starhorn City.

Matias accompanied by a group of middle-aged men in white robes and holding long silver staffs appeared in front of the Blacksmith Order.

With a sneer on his face, he entered through the gates and barked out, "Come out here, Disciple Tyr, and face me! If not I will kill every member of the Blacksmith Order here today!"
