“Shut up!” he ordered in a harsh voice.

“You askedto say it! And now you’re tellingto shut up. You’re really rude!” Blair pouted her mouth, complaining.

She had known for a long tthat Wesley was kind of a jerk. She was just flirting with him.

Blair felt Like lightning bolts were shooting through her, this sweet tingling in her heart, her body trembling. Wesley held her waist and warned in a low voice, “Don’t move.”

The sad woman heard the door to her apartment close. She didn’t move or do anything else, other than sit there and think, miserable.
